I found Balham Lodge in an internet search for lodging for when I needed to come up to the area. Rather than stay in a pricey London hotel – even Travel Lodges / Premier Inn was looking at £80 plus. What a wonderful surprise. Easy to find and book, and answered my questions about parking. £50 for the night , a lovely ensuite room, fully cooked breakfast and ample free parking.
The room was stunning, and absolutely spotless. Lovely furnishings, comfortable bed, wooden floors, tasteful and a home away from home. Well recommended. The breakfast area was clean and breakfast plentiful with staff on hand. Very friendly staff, and 24 hour access which was great as I returned very late from my event.
